Brookfield Residential Properties has commenced construction on the second tower of its $271 million apartment project, Gallery House on the back of strong presales.
The second tower of Gallery House will comprise 19 levels and a range of luxury one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with the building’s distinctive curved facade delivering an elegant architectural statement that reflects the project’s absolute riverfront location in Hamilton.
Brookfield Residential Properties has now achieved more than $161 million in presales, $14 million in June alone.
Brookfield Residential Properties’ Managing Director Lee Butterworth said construction on the first tower was already well underway with the building up to the second podium level.
“We are delighted with the level of enquiry leading to a strong sales result, buyer confidence is high and we expect this to continue through the construction phase as buyers witness the quality of what we’re creating.”
Mr Butterworth said Gallery House has proven popular with local owner-occupiers who are looking to secure an address on Brisbane’s prime riverfront.
“Gallery House has firmly established itself as one of Brisbane’s most prestigious apartment projects, renowned amongst buyers looking for the ultimate luxury lifestyle,” he said.
“The riverfront location in a premium suburb and proximity to the vibrant retail precinct at Portside Wharf places Gallery House in an enviable location that is highly desired by owner-occupiers seeking quality”.
“The appeal of Gallery House to high-end buyers is reflected in our recent sales, where six of our three and four bedroom premium apartments were sold, for a combined total of almost $10 million.
“These apartments showcase the highest standard in luxury living offering commanding views of the Brisbane River and city skyline, with premium fittings and finishes.”
Gallery House is being constructed by leading global contractor Multiplex who bring their enviable track record of completing major projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
The project features 319 contemporary apartments and penthouses across two towers with residents-only facilities, including a rooftop sanctuary with infinity pool, tranquil gardens, lounge and barbeque areas.
Gallery House occupies an absolute riverfront position just six kilometres from the CBD, with easy access to the CityCat, major arterial roads and motorways, key employment hubs and the Brisbane Airport.
The project neighbours Brookfield’s vibrant retail and residential precinct, Portside Wharf, and is part of the greater Northshore Hamilton redevelopment – Queensland’s largest waterfront urban renewal project.
Gallery House has three apartment ‘Collections’ – City, River and Sky – with two bedrooms from $560,000; three bedrooms from $865,000; and four bedrooms from $1,185,000.
